Sea Feather Estate will exhibit at the Canada International Property Show in Edmonton on October 9 and 10, at booth D05. Appointments can be reserved in advance.
Sea Feather Estate, the villa development on the grounds of Golden Rock Resort on St. Eustatius, will be represented at the Canada International Property Show on Friday, October 9, and Saturday, October 10, 2026. The show takes place at the Evario Events Centre, Holiday Inn Edmonton South, at 950 Parsons Rd SW in Edmonton, Alberta. Admission and parking are free.
Sea Feather Estate can be found at booth D05. Martin de Reus, the development’s private sales advisor, will be present on both days.
Why Canada
Canada has become one of the estate’s more active markets. Plot 2, one of the larger plots in the first phase, was sold earlier this year to a Canadian family who will build an Oceanview Supreme Villa there.
That buyer already knew the region well. Having watched Sint Maarten grow busier over the years, the family was looking for the opposite — quiet, privacy, and space — within easy reach of the connections they already used. St. Eustatius lies a twenty-minute flight from Sint Maarten and receives no cruise ships and no mass tourism.
Access from Canada has also improved. Many major Canadian cities now connects nonstop to Sint Maarten or St. Kitts, and from there our partner Fly Dutch Caribbean operates a private charter to Statia: a five-seat aircraft, an very short flight, personal boarding, no crowds. Scheduled service aligned with international arrivals at both islands is expected to follow later this year, alongside connections to neighboring islands.
What will be shown
The stand is intended for conversation rather than display. Visitors can review the plot map of the first phase — ten plots, each individually graded and elevated so that every villa sits higher than the one in front of it, guaranteeing an unobstructed ocean view — together with the floor plans of the Oceanview Luxury Villa and the U-shaped Oceanview Supreme Villa, the three available finish levels, and the current pricelist.
Also available for discussion are the estate’s optional rental program and its fractional ownership structure, introduced this year for two villas, under which a one-eighth deeded share starts at USD 240,000.
Villas at Sea Feather Estate are held in full freehold under Dutch law, a rarity in the Caribbean, and are built by Golden Rock Resort’s own in-house construction team — the team that built the five-star resort itself. Nothing is outsourced, and five villas are completed per year by design.
Reserving an appointment
Sea Feather Estate is sold personally by Martin de Reus, who handles all client contact himself. Because show floors are busy, half-hour appointments at booth D05 can be reserved in advance for either day, with no presentation and no obligation.
Visitors who cannot attend in Edmonton can arrange the same conversation online, or a visit to the island itself.
