Not every exceptional residence needs to be owned by just one family. Fractional Ownership offers genuine deeded ownership of a luxury villa shared by only eight owners, each holding an equal ownership interest in the property.
You enjoy approximately 44 days of personal use each year through a professionally managed rotating calendar, while your residence is maintained to the same impeccable standard throughout the year.
Rather than paying for an entire villa that may remain unoccupied for much of the year, Fractional Ownership allows you to enjoy the same architecture, privacy, and ownership experience with a capital commitment that reflects the way you actually use your Caribbean home.

Each owner enjoys around 44 days a year, a little over six weeks, on a rotating schedule across high, shoulder and low season. Our advanced booking system makes sure the special days too. Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving are shared fairly among the owners, so the same person is never there for every occasion. And if you would like to stay longer each year, you can acquire an additional eighth share and extend your time accordingly.
Value over time and rental
Because you hold a genuine ownership interest, you also share in the value of the villa. Real estate on Statia is scarce and protected, and the location is exceptional — should you sell your share later, you may benefit from any growth in its value. And in the periods you are not there yourself, you can have the villa rented through the resort, with the income going to the owners.
