Two model villas are now taking shape on the hillside at Golden Rock Resort. I wanted to give you a firsthand account of where things stand, because seeing real progress, in real concrete, on real land, is what this project is built on.

Both villas are on schedule for Q4 2026 completion, and both remain available.

Luxury Pinnacle — The Walls Are Up

Standing at plot 8 today, something shifts. The walls are poured, cured, and standing. Hurricane-rated poured concrete that will still be here in fifty years. What was a graded plot just months ago is now a building, and a substantial one at that.

The full 350 m² of living space is becoming easy to read. The L-shaped terrace, one of the defining features of the Pinnacle layout, is already impressive at this stage. It wraps the main living areas in a way that blurs the line between inside and outside, with the ocean framing the view from both wings of the L. This is not a terrace you sit on occasionally. It is the room you live in.

The excavation for the infinity pool is also in progress. That pool will sit at the edge of the terrace, feeding visually into the Atlantic Ocean.

This luxury villa offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an infinity pool, and an L-shaped terrace across 350 m² of living space — all on a 787 m² plot, priced at USD 1,548,000, fully furnished and including landscaping. Available now, with completion scheduled for Q4 2026.

Luxury Essence — Formwork in Progress

On plot 6, the work is equally deliberate. The formwork for the walls is being assembled. Precision framing that determines the final geometry of every room, every opening, every load-bearing wall. Concrete pours are imminent. Within weeks, this villa will follow plot 8 through the same transformation: a foundation becomes walls, walls become rooms, rooms become a home.

Plot 6 is the Luxury Essence variant — a two-bedroom villa on a generously sized 999 m² plot, one of the largest in this phase. It includes a stand-alone garage, one of the details that makes this plot notably practical for buyers who plan to keep a vehicle here, or simply want the covered storage.

The larger plot and additional garage are reflected in the pricing, which sits above the three-bedroom Pinnacle on plot 8. A distinction worth understanding before assuming bedrooms alone determine value here. This villa can be turn key delivered and is priced at USD 1,608,000, including landscaping.

A note on progress
