More than 130,000 flowers, plants, shrubs and trees from all over the world have been planted to create a colorful oasis for you to explore, as well as providing a new habitat for local wildlife, in fact the hummingbird and many butterflies are frequent guests.
Your villa’s garden will be fully landscaped and managed by the resort, whilst also being a part of its irrigation system to ensure it looks lush and welcoming. So when you return to your villa the garden will always look its best.
Most sustainable villa project of the Caribbean
The villas combine elegant design with advanced sustainability. Our 2,240 solar panels produce 0.9 megawatts of electricity a day! This sustainable energy source covers nearly all of our electricity needs, with excess power stored in batteries for use overnight.
Fresh water is supplied through a reverse osmosis system that converts seawater into potable water with 240,000 liters stored underground for reliability. Grey water is collected and processed for reuse in irrigating the resort’s lush gardens and villa landscaping, further reducing environmental impact and optimizing resource efficiency.
Overall, these systems cut costs, minimize the ecological footprint, and ensure steady, self-sufficient utilities.
